Shipping & Returns


Natural Force Health Clinic send your order worldwide to selected countries only. All our items are Warehouse packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by Track & Trace courier unless otherwise directed. This usually takes between 1 to 5 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.
We normally ship our products within three business days unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
Once your parcel has been shipped you are not able to change or cancel your order.


We will always ensure that your order arrives in a good condition.
But in the unlikely event that something has gone wrong we will accept returns.

  • All items are checked for obvious faults before shipping. If you receive an item that is faulty, you must Contact Us within 7 days after receiving your parcel.
  • We do not accept responsibility for return postage, unless your item is faulty. When a refund is appropriate a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged and the refund will be issued as a store credit, or reimbursed to your payment method.
  • Refunds or exchanges will only be made if the item is returned in its original state, including labels.
  • Any customised items will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • In general, if we have made a mistake or misrepresented an item, we will fix the problem.

We will not refund under these circumstances:

  • if you change your mind or no longer want the product;
  • if you found the same item cheaper somewhere else;
  • if you chose the wrong product;
  • if you knew about a fault before the purchase;
  • if you are responsible for causing a fault or damage; or
  • if you do not provide proof of purchase.

Refunds will generally only be accepted if:

  • the item has a fault you did not know about at the time of your purchase;
  • the item is not as described or advertised;
  • the item does not do the job we you led to believe it would;
  • the item did not match the sample (if you were given one); or
  • the item did not last for a reasonable time.

If an order has been dispatched by mail or courier and it is either damaged or faulty, you must notify Natural Force Health Clinic within 7 days from date you received your goods.

Notification of returns must be made by sending us an email through our Contact Us page to inform us about the reason for the return. We may request pictures or other relevant information from you to ensure that we undrestand your needs.
